Replacing flooring in an occupied villa means moving a resident out, completing the works and moving them back, without losing, damaging or misplacing a single thing. The retirement village needed a partner they could rely on to manage this. Thats where Tailored Transitions came in. 

When the retirement village planned to replace flooring across occupied villas, the hardest part was never the flooring. It was how to ensure the least amount of disruption possible for their residents. Many had lived in their homes for years, surrounded by familiar furniture and settled routines. Asking them to move, even for a short time was significant.
